(a) If a person fails to pay the renewal fee for two (2) consecutive years, that person's license shall be revoked and may not be renewed.\n(b) If a person whose license has been revoked under subsection (a) desires to be relicensed, the person:\n(1) must submit an application to the board; and\n(2) shall be considered as a new applicant.","path":["TITLE 25.
