(a) This section applies to an administrator in training or a student intern seeking licensure as a health facility administrator.\n(b) An administrator in training or student intern may take a specialized course that:\n(1) is approved by the board as described in section 18 of this chapter;\n(2) includes instruction and training on:\n(A) standards of competent practice;\n(B) facility administration and management;\n(C) housekeeping and laundry;\n(D) nursing;\n(E) dietary needs of residents;\n(F) facility related activities;\n(G) business office management; and\n(H) facility admission and marketing; and\n(3) may include instruction and training on other subjects.","path":["TITLE 25.
