(a) The board shall meet at least two (2) times each calendar year upon the call of the chairperson or the written request of a majority of the members of the board.\n(b) The chairperson shall establish the date, time, and place for each meeting.\n(c) A majority of the current members of the board constitutes a quorum.\n(d) The affirmative vote of a majority of the members appointed to the board is necessary for the board to take official action.","path":["TITLE 25.
