(a) The board shall adopt rules concerning the continuing education required for the renewal of a license under this chapter.\n(b) The rules must do the following:\n(1) Establish procedures for approving organizations that provide continuing education.\n(2) Prescribe the content, duration, and organization of continuing education courses that contribute to the general competence of home inspectors.","path":["TITLE 25.
