This article does not apply to an owner or employee of a manufacturing, wholesale, or retail establishment who provides consultation regarding interior decoration or furnishing:\n(1) on the premises of the establishment;\n(2) for purposes of an actual or prospective retail sale; or\n(3) in the design, construction, ordering, or sale of:\n(A) recreational vehicles;\n(B) manufactured homes certified through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; or\n(C) industrialized building systems certified through the department of homeland security.","path":["TITLE 25.
