The agency shall renew a registration of a registered interior designer only if the registered interior designer meets the following conditions:\n(1) The applicant successfully completes the continuing education requirements under this chapter.\n(2) The applicant pays the renewal fee under IC 25-20.7-3.\n(3) Except for an applicant who is registered under section 8 of this chapter, the applicant:\n(A) has documentation of successful completion of the examination administered by the ARE; or\n(B) holds a current certificate issued by the NCIDQ.","path":["TITLE 25.
