{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-25-21.5-1-9.7","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 25-21.5-1-9.7","heading":"\"Surveyor intern\"","body":"Sec. 9.7. \"Surveyor intern\" means a person who:\n(1) has:\n(A) graduated from an approved surveying curriculum of at least four (4) years; or\n(B) acquired, through surveying education and experience in surveying work, knowledge and skill approximating that obtained by graduation from an approved surveying curriculum of at least four (4) years;\n(2) has successfully passed an examination as prescribed under IC 25-21.5-6; and\n(3) has been issued an appropriate certificate of enrollment as a surveyor intern under IC 25-21.5-7-2.","path":["TITLE 25.
