(a) A professional surveyor:\n(1) is personally responsible for designing and directing the training, procedures, and daily activities of an employee participating in any part of the survey; and\n(2) shall maintain records that are reasonably necessary to establish that the responsibility of the professional surveyor for the employee that is required by this section has been fulfilled.\n(b) Before a professional surveyor completes, seals, or signs a survey, plan, specification, plat, drawing, or report, all procedures followed and the decisions made by the employee who participated in the survey, plan, specification, plat, drawing, or report must be reviewed and approved by the professional surveyor.","path":["TITLE 25.
