As used in this chapter, \"certified registered nurse anesthetist\" means a registered nurse who:\n(1) is a graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor;\n(2) is properly certified by successfully completing the certification examination administered by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor; and\n(3) is properly certified and in compliance with criteria for biennial recertification, as defined by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.","path":["TITLE 25.
