A person who:\n(1) sells or fraudulently obtains or furnishes any nursing diploma, license or record;\n(2) practices nursing under cover of any diploma or license or record illegally or fraudulently obtained or assigned or issued unlawfully or under fraudulent representation;\n(3) practices nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse unless licensed to do so under this chapter or IC 25-42;\n(4) uses in connection with the person's name any designation tending to imply that the person is a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse unless licensed to practice under this chapter or IC 25-42;\n(5) practices nursing during the time the person's license issued under this chapter or IC 25-42 is suspended or revoked;\n(6) conducts a school of nursing or a program for the training of practical nurses unless the school or program has been accredited by the board; or\n(7) otherwise violates this chapter;\ncommits a Class B misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 25.
