(a) \"Certified direct entry midwife\" or \"CDEM\" means an individual who is a certified direct entry midwife and certified under this article.\n(b) The term does not include any of the following:\n(1) An individual engaged in the practice of medicine under IC 25-22.5.\n(2) A certified nurse midwife engaged only in the practice of midwifery under IC 25-23.\n(3) An individual providing emergency medical services.","path":["TITLE 25.
