The provisions of this article that require a license to engage in the practice of occupational therapy do not apply to the following:\n(1) The practice of occupational therapy by an individual who is practicing occupational therapy as part of a supervised course of study in an educational program approved by the board.\n(2) The practice of occupational therapy by an occupational therapy assistant who is:\n(A) licensed under this article; and\n(B) acting under the supervision of an occupational therapist.","path":["TITLE 25.
