(a) A person who is licensed under this article shall notify the committee in writing when the person retires from practice.\n(b) Upon receipt of the notice, the committee shall:\n(1) record the fact the person is retired; and\n(2) release the person from further payment of renewal fees.","path":["TITLE 25.
