An individual may not:\n(1) profess to be a social worker, licensed social worker, or licensed clinical social worker;\n(2) use the title:\n(A) \"social worker\";\n(B) \"licensed social worker\";\n(C) \"licensed clinical social worker\";\n(D) \"clinical social worker\";\n(E) \"psychiatric social worker\"; or\n(F) \"psychosocial worker\";\n(3) use any other title containing the words \"social worker\", \"licensed social worker\", or \"licensed clinical social worker\";\n(4) use any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating or implying that the individual is a social worker, licensed social worker, or licensed clinical social worker; or\n(5) practice as a social worker, licensed social worker, or clinical social worker for compensation;\nunless the individual is licensed under this article.","path":["TITLE 25.
