(a) An individual may not:\n(1) profess to be a licensed mental health counselor;\n(2) use the title:\n(A) \"licensed mental health counselor\";\n(B) \"mental health counselor\"; or\n(C) \"mental health therapist\";\n(3) use any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating or implying that the individual is a licensed mental health counselor; or\n(4) practice mental health counseling for compensation;\nunless the individual is licensed under this article, IC 25-22.5, or IC 25-33.\n(b) An individual may not:\n(1) profess to be a licensed mental health counselor associate;\n(2) use the title:\n(A) \"licensed mental health counselor associate\";\n(B) \"mental health counselor associate\"; or\n(C) \"mental health therapist associate\";\n(3) use any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating or implying that the individual is a licensed mental health counselor associate; or\n(4) practice mental health counseling for compensation;\nunless the individual is licensed under this article, IC 25-22.5, or IC 25-33.","path":["TITLE 25.
