(a) An individual who is licensed as a marriage and family therapist under this chapter shall notify the board in writing when the individual retires from practice.\n(b) Upon receipt of the notice, the board shall:\n(1) record the fact the individual is retired; and\n(2) release the individual from further payment of renewal fees and continuing education requirements.","path":["TITLE 25.
