An individual who:\n(1) engages in or offers to engage in the installation of a manufactured home without being licensed or without being exempt from licensing under Indiana law;\n(2) presents as the individual's own the license of another;\n(3) intentionally gives false or materially misleading information of any kind to the board or to a board member in connection with licensing matters;\n(4) impersonates another licensee;\n(5) uses an expired, suspended, or revoked license; or\n(6) otherwise violates this article;\ncommits a Class B misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 25.
