(a) The executive director shall keep a record of the proceedings of the board. The record shall contain the names and addresses of all persons who apply to the board for a license or permit and the action taken on each.\n(b) The board shall hire and supervise a sufficient number of inspector-investigators to enforce the controlled substances law (IC 35-48).
