As used in this chapter, \"wholesale drug distributor\" means a person engaged in wholesale distribution of legend drugs, including:\n(1) manufacturers;\n(2) repackers;\n(3) own-label distributors;\n(4) private-label distributors;\n(5) jobbers;\n(6) brokers;\n(7) warehouses, including manufacturers' and distributors' warehouses, chain drug warehouses, and wholesale drug warehouses;\n(8) independent wholesale drug traders;\n(9) retail and hospital pharmacies that conduct wholesale distributions; and\n(10) reverse distributors.\nThe term does not include a common carrier or person hired solely to transport prescription drugs.","path":["TITLE 25.
