As used in this chapter, \"contraband\" refers to a legend drug:\n(1) that is counterfeit;\n(2) that is stolen;\n(3) that is misbranded;\n(4) that is obtained by fraud;\n(5) that is purchased by a nonprofit institution for the nonprofit institution's own use and placed in commerce in violation of the own use agreement for the legend drug;\n(6) for which a required pedigree does not exist; or\n(7) for which a pedigree in existence:\n(A) has been forged, counterfeited, or falsely created; or\n(B) contains any altered, false, or misrepresented information.","path":["TITLE 25.
