(a) As used in this chapter, \"prescription drug\" means a drug, as defined in IC 25-26-13-2, that requires a prescription before being dispensed or administered to a patient.\n(b) The term does not include:\n(1) an abortion inducing drug (as defined in IC 16-18-2-1.6); or\n(2) controlled substances (as defined in IC 35-48-1.1-7).","path":["TITLE 25.
