(a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:\n(1) Forms necessary for applications.\n(2) Areas that are necessary to implement this act.\n(b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:\n(1) The establishment of fees under IC 25-1-8-2.\n(2) The retirement or surrender of a license.\n(3) Granting an inactive license and procedures for reinstatement of an inactive license.","path":["TITLE 25.
