(a) Each year the board shall publish a roster that includes the names, addresses, and places of business of all registered soil scientists.\n(b) Copies of the roster published under subsection (a) must be:\n(1) made available to each registered soil scientist; and\n(2) furnished to members of the public upon request.","path":["TITLE 25.
