If an individual fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the board shall:\n(1) suspend the individual's registration under this article; and\n(2) delete the individual's name from the roster published under IC 25-31.5-3-7;\nuntil the renewal fee is paid.","path":["TITLE 25.
