(a) An appraisal management company that violates this chapter is subject to disciplinary sanctions under IC 25-1-11-12.\n(b) The board may impose a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation of this chapter.\n(c) A civil penalty collected under this section must be deposited in the investigative fund established by IC 25-34.1-8-7.5.","path":["TITLE 25.
