(a) The office of the attorney general shall provide the staff assistance necessary to:\n(1) enable the real estate commission to perform its duties under this chapter; and\n(2) enforce this chapter.\n(b) Expenses incurred by the office of the attorney general under this section shall be paid from the real estate recovery fund.","path":["TITLE 25.
