(a) If:\n(1) the department is satisfied that the applicant has fulfilled the requirements of this chapter for the issuance of a registration certificate;\n(2) the bond and sureties or bank certificate of deposit filed by the applicant under section 3 of this chapter is approved; and\n(3) the director does not refuse to issue the registration certificate to the applicant under section 4.9 of this chapter;\nthe department shall issue a registration certificate to the applicant.\n(b) The registrations issued shall be valid for a calendar year and may be renewed annually. A copy of the registration certificate issued by the department shall be posted in the principal office of the registrant in this state.\n(c) Upon request for a certificate and payment of the fee, the department shall issue to the registrant a certificate that a certificate of registration has been granted and a bond filed as required by this chapter.","path":["TITLE 25.
