Before promulgation and adoption of a final rule by the commission, and at least sixty (60) days before the meeting at which the rule will be considered and voted on is held, the commission shall file a notice of proposed rulemaking:\n(1) on the Internet web site of the commission; and\n(2) on the Internet web site of each licensing board or in the publication in which each state would otherwise publish proposed administrative rules.","path":["TITLE 25.
