The commission:\n(1) is entitled to receive service of process in a proceeding that may affect the powers, responsibilities, or actions of the commission; and\n(2) has standing to intervene in a proceeding described in subdivision (1) for all purposes.\nFailure to provide service of process in a proceeding to the commission renders a judgment or order void as to the commission, this compact, or promulgated rules.","path":["TITLE 25.
