At the time of obtaining a license under this chapter, the licensee shall pay:\n(1) the license fee established by the commission under IC 25-1-8-2; and\n(2) a surcharge under IC 25-6.1-8 for deposit in the auctioneer recovery fund.","path":["TITLE 25.
