A person licensed under this chapter may not engage in barbering outside a beauty culture salon unless the person:\n(1) has the permission of a person who holds a beauty culture salon license and:\n(A) employs; or\n(B) leases or subleases a part of a shop to;\nthe person licensed under this chapter; and\n(2) complies with any other practice restrictions established by the board under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 25.
