(a) A person must obtain a separate license for each tanning facility the person operates.\n(b) If a person:\n(1) has obtained a license to operate a tanning facility issued under this chapter; and\n(2) changes the location of the tanning facility;\nthe board may transfer the license to the tanning facility at the new location.","path":["TITLE 25.
