(a) Each of the members of the board must reside in Indiana.\n(b) Subject to IC 25-1-6.5-3, the members of the board must meet the following qualifications:\n(1) Two (2) of the members must:\n(A) possess a current cosmetologist license; and\n(B) have practiced cosmetology in Indiana continuously for at least five (5) years immediately before appointment.\n(2) Two (2) of the members of the board must:\n(A) possess a current barber license; and\n(B) have practiced barbering in Indiana continuously for at least five (5) years immediately before appointment.\n(3) One (1) of the members must be an owner or operator of a beauty culture school.\n(4) One (1) of the members must be licensed as an electrologist, an esthetician, or a manicurist.\n(5) One (1) of the members must not have any association with the practice of beauty culture, except as a consumer.","path":["TITLE 25.
