A person licensed under this chapter may not engage in beauty culture outside a beauty culture salon unless that person:\n(1) has the permission of a person who holds a cosmetology salon license and:\n(A) employs the person licensed under this chapter; or\n(B) leases or subleases a portion of a salon to the person licensed under this chapter; and\n(2) complies with any other practice restrictions regarding this section established by the board.","path":["TITLE 25.
