(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title or as reported under section 1 of this chapter, a reference:\n(1) in this title; and\n(2) to a document not described this chapter;\nis a reference to the document as in effect on January 1, 2018.\n(b) The department shall maintain, as a public record:\n(1) an electronic version on the department's Internet web site; and\n(2) a paper copy;\nof each document to which there is a reference in this title, including each version of a document that is amended over time.","path":["TITLE 27.
