The commissioner may issue a limited lines producer's license to the following without examination:\n(1) A limited lines travel insurance producer.\n(2) A limited line credit insurance producer.\n(3) A person who will only negotiate or solicit insurance under Class 2(j) of IC 27-1-5-1.\n(4) Any person who will negotiate or solicit a kind of insurance that the commissioner finds does not require an examination to demonstrate professional competency.\n(5) A person that will sell, solicit, or negotiate only portable electronics insurance as provided in IC 27-1-15.9.\n(6) A person that will sell, solicit, or negotiate only self-storage insurance as provided in IC 27-1-16.1.","path":["TITLE 27.
