(a) The commissioner may design or have designed an insurance producer certificate suitable for framing and display.\n(b) Upon request of an insurance producer, the commissioner may issue a certificate described in subsection (a).\n(c) The commissioner may impose and collect a reasonable fee for a certificate issued under subsection (b).\n(d) The commissioner shall establish guidelines to implement this section.","path":["TITLE 27.
