(a) Any insured, pharmacy, or pharmacist impacted by an alleged violation of this chapter may file a complaint with the commissioner.\n(b) The commissioner shall:\n(1) review and investigate all complaints filed under this section; and\n(2) issue, in writing, a determination to the insured, pharmacy, or pharmacist as to whether a violation occurred.\n(c) An insurer, a pharmacy benefit manager, or any other administrator of pharmacy benefits shall:\n(1) respond to; and\n(2) comply with;\nany requests made by the commissioner under this section.","path":["TITLE 27.
