This chapter expires when the insurance commissioner certifies to the executive director of the legislative services agency that:\n(1) the fund has no remaining members;\n(2) all payments of liabilities of former members of the fund have been determined and finalized; and\n(3) the balance in the fund has been distributed to former members of the fund in accordance with section 23(b)(4) of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 27.
