(a) If the commissioner determines an RBC report filed by a domestic insurer is inaccurate, the commissioner shall:\n(1) adjust the RBC report to correct the inaccuracy; and\n(2) notify the insurer of the adjustment.\n(b) A notice provided by the commissioner under subsection (a) must contain a statement of the reason for the adjustment.","path":["TITLE 27.
