The RBC plan or revised RBC plan must be submitted:\n(1) not more than forty-five (45) days after the regulatory action level event;\n(2) not later than forty-five (45) days after the notification to the insurer that the commissioner has, after a hearing under section 44 of this chapter, rejected the insurer's challenge to an adjusted RBC report; or\n(3) not more than forty-five (45) days after the notification to the insurer that the commissioner has, after a hearing under section 44 of this chapter, rejected the insurer's challenge to an adjusted RBC plan.","path":["TITLE 27.
