As used in this chapter, \"health insurer\" means the following:\n(1) A health maintenance organization.\n(2) A limited service health maintenance organization.\n(3) An insurer that makes one (1) or more of the types of insurance described in Class 1(b) or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1.\n(4) An insurer that files a health Annual Statement Blank in accordance with the applicable Annual Statement Instructions.","path":["TITLE 27.
