(a) This section does not apply to the following:\n(1) A state employee health plan (as defined in IC 5-10-8-6.7(a)).\n(2) The Medicaid program.\n(b) A utilization review entity may not require prior authorization for the first twelve (12):\n(1) physical therapy; or\n(2) chiropractic;\nvisits of each new episode of care.","path":["TITLE 27.
