(a) As used in this chapter, except as provided in subsection (b), \"health care provider\" means an individual who holds a license issued by a board described in IC 25-0.5-11.\n(b) The term does not include the following:\n(1) A dentist licensed under IC 25-14.\n(2) An optometrist licensed under IC 25-24.\n(3) A veterinarian licensed under IC 25-38.1.","path":["TITLE 27.
