(a) Before December 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the legislative council an annual report of the:\n(1) violations assessed; and\n(2) fines waived;\nunder section 7 of this chapter in the previous calendar year.\n(b) A report described in this section must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 27.
