A bail agent who discontinues writing bail bonds during the period for which the bail agent is licensed shall:\n(1) notify the clerks of the circuit court and the sheriffs with whom the bail agent is registered; and\n(2) return the bail agent's license to the commissioner for cancellation;\nwithin thirty (30) days after the discontinuance.","path":["TITLE 27.
