(a) As used in this chapter, \"limited health services\" refers to:\n(1) dental care services;\n(2) vision care services;\n(3) mental health services;\n(4) substance abuse services;\n(5) pharmaceutical services;\n(6) podiatric care services; and\n(7) other services that the commissioner determines to be limited health services.\n(b) The term does not include hospital or emergency services, except as those services are provided incident to a limited health service.","path":["TITLE 27.
