(a) Except as otherwise provided in this article and subject to subsection (b), the amendment of the articles of incorporation of a mutual insurance company under a plan under this article must be conducted in compliance with IC 27-1-8.\n(b) The commissioner, the attorney general, and the secretary of state shall:\n(1) examine; and\n(2) if warranted, approve;\nthe proposed articles of amendment before the amended articles are submitted to the members for approval.","path":["TITLE 27.
