All information, documents, and copies of information and documents obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or to any other person in the course of an examination or approval of a plan under this article:\n(1) are declared confidential for purposes of IC 5-14-3-4(a)(1);\n(2) shall be given confidential treatment;\n(3) are not subject to subpoena; and\n(4) shall not be made public by the commissioner or any other person, except to insurance departments of other states with the prior written consent of the applicant.","path":["TITLE 27.
