On the date that a discount medical card program organization receives notice from the department that the discount medical card program organization's registration is suspended, the discount medical card program organization shall:\n(1) cease to enroll new cardholders;\n(2) honor discounts for existing cardholders for expenses incurred before and on the date of suspension;\n(3) discontinue collection of fees from existing cardholders after the date of suspension; and\n(4) refund fees collected from existing cardholders after the date of suspension.","path":["TITLE 27.
